Changed structure sync in multiplayer to only sync structure names on logon and then send packets only when more data is needed.
Added AIs to player owned combat npcs so that these automatically attack if player hurts or gets hurt by entity even if this isn't on hostile entities list.
Changed ammo used by siege engineers to first use whatever is loaded and selected in the vehicle and only then start using the default npc ammo
Updated multiple structure templates to fix some rotation issues and reduce their size
Added german translation

 

Fixed exception during server load - structure added packets were being sent when network wasn't ready
Fixed adjusting faction standing when trade's performed.
Fixed vehicle speeds. Were previously incorrectly limited to one quarter of what they were supposed to be.
