New mailbox textures.
Updated some of the structures to fix some rotation issues and make them smaller.
Removed code that made elite NPCs standing for player worse than the rest of the types in the given faction.
Added logic to not export extra air layers above structures during scanning.
Changed player owned combat units to only pick up weapons if they don't have anything in hand or if the item on the ground is a better version of what they have in hand.
