Binding Table Update

This is a significant update to the mod and includes the following changes:

• Added a binding table that must now be used to create enchanted books from manuscripts pages.
• Added a reusable empty glue bottle item that is the base of the enchanted book glue recipe.
• Added an alternative enchanted book glue recipe that allows the use of glue bottles that contain 50% or less glue instead of an empty glue bottle.
• Added a config option to disable or enable treasure enchantments from being applied to resulting books. Enabled by default.
• Added a config option to specify the maximum number of enchantments (up to 10) that can be applied to a single book.
• Librarian villagers may sometimes gift village heros with an ancient manuscript.
• The mod now has its own creative tab.
