2. Content creation
You may show or use the Mod in videos, livestreams, screenshots, articles, guides,
social-media posts, and other content, including monetized content, provided that:
- the Mod is credited as "Ancient City Sculk Tracker" by aerithsmods; and
- where reasonably possible, a link is provided to an official Modrinth or
CurseForge project page for the Mod.

This permission to create content does not grant permission to redistribute the Mod.

3. Modpacks
You may include the Mod in a modpack only when the Mod file is obtained from, or
referenced through, an official distribution controlled by aerithsmods, including
the official Modrinth or CurseForge project. Platform manifest-based inclusion is
permitted where the platform retrieves the Mod from its official project.

You may not independently re-upload, mirror, bundle, or host the Mod file on another
website, file host, launcher, repository, or distribution service without prior
written permission from aerithsmods.

4. Redistribution and republication
You may not redistribute, re-upload, mirror, republish, sell, sublicense, or offer
the Mod file as your own product or download.

You may not publish modified versions, forks, ports, derivative releases, or
decompiled/recompiled versions of the Mod without prior written permission from
aerithsmods.

5. Private modification
You may modify the Mod privately for your own personal use, provided that the
modified version is not distributed or published.

6. Attribution and ownership
No permission granted by this license transfers ownership of the Mod, its original
code, branding, or other original materials. You may not claim authorship of the
Mod or imply that your project is an official release by aerithsmods.

7. Exceptions required by law
Nothing in this license limits rights that cannot lawfully be restricted under
applicable law.

8. No warranty
THE MOD IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,
INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW,
THE AUTHOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY ARISING
FROM THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE MOD.
