What's new
Ancium Ore and Black Quartz are now affected by Silk Touch
Raw Ancium can be smelted into Heated Ancium which can burn a decent amount of items
Heated Ancium can be cut into Radioactive Crystals
Black Quartz and Ancium Ore blocks can be cut into a high amount of the respected normal drops (Black Quartz Shards and Raw Ancium)
Changed the sounds of Black Quartz
Added Radiation Effect (it still does nothing since i havent figured out how to make an effect fully yet so it is still unimplemented properly)
