Ancient Artifacts

Ancient Artifacts expands Minecraft's archaeology with new artifacts, materials, and mechanics for discovering and activating them.

🏺 Archaeology

Explore desert and jungle pyramids to find a mysterious lamp. Activate it to summon a Djinn, which will lead you to a nearby archaeological site.

Use a brush to excavate suspicious blocks and find new materials and artifact fragments.

🧹 Archaeological Table

Found materials need to be cleaned before they can be used.

Place them on the Archaeological Table with a brush and water to carefully uncover what's hidden inside. You may find useful crafting materials or a new artifact.

👻 Artifact Activation

Artifacts aren't ready to use immediately. Take them to the Activation Altar and start the activation ritual.

Once activated, you'll need to fight off waves of ghosts. If too many ghosts appear, the artifact will be destroyed. Successfully complete the ritual and the artifact can be equipped in the Artifact Slot.

Guardian Talisman
Has a 1 in 5 chance to completely block incoming damage.

Echo Blade
Melee attacks can trigger an additional phantom strike dealing half of the original damage.

Skybound Talisman
Allows you to perform a double jump.

👁️ Eye of the Archaeologist

The Eye of the Archaeologist helps you locate suspicious blocks, making it easier to find archaeological sites.
