### New features
- :moyai: Added a new advancement that clearly states that the artifact golem is invincible
- :blue_book: Added a new advancement that explains the command to get a creative book

### Changes:
- :rock: The ancient stone now is unbreakable in survival when it contains an item
- :speech_balloon: The artifact golem now also tells you that he's invincible through a chat message
- :no_entry_sign: Removed the chat messages for suggestions / donations since I believe people should do this from themselves. I'm sorry for the suffer caused by these messages :P

### Bugs fixed:
- :ghost: Fixed Artifact essence not dropping from phantoms / ghasts correctly
- :eyes: Fixed the Artifact golem sometimes turning invisible
- :pencil2: Fixed some spelling mistakes
- :hammer: Fixed missing Ancient Hammer in the dungeon
