Changes

- Created Config [ IN GAME ] ( /NPVUconfig )
- The Boss fight is now discontinued 
- Boss fight is in config (Turned off by default)
- (As for the boss fight, Looking back on it I was just really caught in this “amazing boss fight“ idea but after a break I’ve realized that that is not the direction I want to take this mod in. So I’ve taken it out of the basic mod and now you have to enable it in the IN-GAME config. It is experimental has no lore significance and the item at end doesn’t work. This is an unfinished part of the mod that I don’t want to remove because it took a lot of work but is discontinued)
- FIXED A MAJOR BUG WHERE EVENTS WOULD NOT HAPPEN WHERE THE PLAYER IS, THEY DO NOW BABY!!!!!!!!! (i cant believe i didn't fix this sooner)
- Minor adjustments to certain events
- For some reason a certain block from the mod would spawn in the badlands so that doesn't happen anymore
- A biome can now extremely rarely spawn in the overworld (0.045% chance)
- Certain entity would spawn multiple times when it was only meant to once, Fixed
- Banner Pattern
- Incredibly minor entity, Cant even see it
- Removed a certain fake entity
