Amethyst Extras

Extra blocks and features for Amethyst SMPs: mailboxes, custom music discs, an 18-disc jukebox and more.

Amethyst Jukebox

• Holds 18 discs with shuffle, repeat one, repeat all, volume and range controls.
• Animated: the disc spins on the platter while it plays and stops when paused, the tone arm swings onto the record, and music notes float up.
• Plays any music disc: vanilla, Disc Writer discs, and discs from other mods. On the jukebox every disc shows as a matching Amethyst disc in its own color, and in your hand it keeps its normal look.

Disc Writer

• Turns Blank Discs into music discs from songs the server adds. Drop .ogg files in config/amethyst/discs/ and share that folder with players through your modpack.
• Animated: the press comes down on the blank disc, sparkles burst in the song's color, and the new disc flashes as the press lifts.
• Each song has its own disc color.

Mailboxes

• Send items and notes to other players, even when they're offline.

Also included

• Custom sounds: .ogg files in config/amethyst/sounds/ play with /playsound as bettersmp:<file name>.
• Join welcome for new players.
• Discovered Map of what players have explored (posted to Discord with Amethyst Discord).
• Live Serene Seasons message showing the current season.
