Amea enhances Minecraft's hunger system with information the vanilla HUD never shows you. Its AH System module reveals your hidden saturation and exhaustion values directly on the HUD, and — while you're holding a food item — previews exactly how much hunger, saturation, and health you'd gain from eating it, including health gained indirectly through natural regeneration. All of it is calculated using the same mechanics vanilla itself uses internally, so the numbers you see are accurate, not estimates.

Works with any food item that uses Minecraft's standard food system — vanilla or from other mods — automatically, with no extra setup.
