• Added the api.billboard.v1 API for displaying text, textures, item icons, and 3D item or block models in the world on Minecraft 1.21.11 and 26.x.

• Billboards can stay at a world position or follow an entity, render normally or through walls, and animate their movement, rotation, scale, opacity, and text color.

• Mods can show, move, resize, or hide a billboard from common code for a local or server player.
