There will be only Holiday upd!

Fixed:
- Thumonomicon crossmod tags.
- Aether Integration.
- Wand Focus: Spell in multiplayer.
- Some spell craft recipes.
- Sunstone alloy wand caps (Thaumcraft) now requires nuggets intead of ingots, meaning they got cheaper.
- Mod dependencies (so Botania integration stop requiring Thaumcraft, etc)

Added:
- New spell components (Manabolism (by Hopeosity) - lifetap but no hp, only food, and others (I forgot)).
- Thaumic Bases integration: Bracelets.
- Runic Shield (Thaumcraft) & Phantom Ink (Botania) mechanics to all AM2 armor.
