This mod makes a simple procedure to detect if it is raining or thundering. If it isnt, it starts the command "/weather thunder" THE COMMAND DOESNT POP UP IN THE CHAT, OR ENABLE CHEATS
so now you dont have to use cheats and commands in your survival worlds to make it permanently rain!
This works at day time, and night time too!
