Alternative Pause Menu

Adapts the pause menu to contain quick Visual, Performance, and Volume Settings for quicker access!
This might make navigation marginally quicker, for some players depending on their playstyle, and has a different visual feel to the vanilla pause menu. You can access the settings normally by clicking the Vanilla Settings button.

- Entity Distance
