Full, ground-up rewrite.
Currently has no customisation support, at all. It's planned, but none of the UI or json handling code has been written yet. Expect it in 2.1.

- As far as I can tell, faster than vanilla. In the case of pure biome generation (not full chunk gen, just the biome assignment), over 8 times faster than vanilla.
