fix for crash noClassDefFound for alltheores, ATO is not a required mod, however worldgen in the mining dimension and the other  benefits from it being loaded. ice and fire plays a similar role in the other dimension's diversity, as does BYG(volcanos in the basalt deltas), mekanism slurries and various other ore processing stages, none of these features are a hard dependency, but will be added if these other mods are present.
