added new material formats for silents gear, added molten forms of 3 metals and blue lava, spawns occasionally in soul sand valleys and basalt delta biomes, spring only, no pools. temperature 5000, will be used for future smeltery fuel(tinkers) for metals requiring higher temps for melting/alloying(unobtainium/vibranium) basic tool items have been removed use silent gears tools for now
