(my first mod) A simple horror mod containing an entity who sneaks up on you and attacks. Can you survive?

ALLSEEING

(This is my first mod. So its not the best.)  This entity stalks up on you and attacks. How long can you survive him. If you hear a loud distorted sound, thats your cue that he is nearby. I really hope you enjoy this mod!
