All the Lights is a Minecraft Mod developed to fix the huge lacking of lights that the game has.

LED Blocks:
These are full blocks that function similarly to a redstone block, but with different textures.
RGB LEDs however, change color based on the redstone signal strength being provided to it.
Lights:
Normal lights that can be powered by redstone, or you can power it with a battery.
Exit Signs:
You can use a screwdriver to add an arrow to show people the way out of your establishment.
Lamps:
These are special lights. You can configure the mode with a Screwdriver.
In "Switch Mode" (Default) they use a switch located on the Lamp itself.
In "Redstone Mode" they can be powered with redstone.
In "Both Mode" they can be turned on with either the switch OR (XOR Logic) redstone.
Candles:
Light it with a flint and steel or a bow.
"Crouch + Use" will put out the flame.
Douse it with water, or let it rain to extinguish it. (Note: Rain dousing can be turned off with the "doFireTick" Gamerule.)
