Added Elytra cape textures that work with capes from this mod.
Forge has no API for replacing an existing render layer, only adding one, so I used guarded reflection on the renderer's layer list, and it only swaps a layer whose class is exactly vanilla's ElytraLayer, so if another mod in your pack has already customised elytra rendering, we leave it alone rather than undoing its work.
