Port to 1.20.1.

Changelog: [list] []Adds 2 new configs, "wolf_gameplay_changes" (server config) and "wolf_rendering_changes" (client config). The former toggles all of the AI, stats and hitbox changes, and the latter toggles all of the model and animation changes. Set both to false if you want the vanilla wolf completely back to normal.
