Super Smelter Fixes
Fixed an issue where the last items would not smelt when output slots were nearly full. The machine now correctly processes partial batches when there isn't room for a full batch in the output.
Fixed split mode redistribution fighting with active smelting. Split mode now only redistributes when items are added or removed by the player or pipes, not when smelting consumes items.
Fixed pipes not being able to extract smelted items from non-master smelters in a multiblock. All smelters in the group now delegate inventory access to the master, so pipes connected to any block can extract output.
