DESCRIPTION:

Alien origins is an origins mod addon that includes alien origins based off the ones seen in the ben 10 series. The mod will focus in the classic aliens and will progressively add more and more origins until all the aliens are available!

CURRENT ORIGINS:

The current alien origin list is: pyronite (heatblast), tetramand (four arms), kineceleran (Xlr8) and galvan (Grey Matter).

TETRAMAND: Alien species from the planet Khoros. They have managed to adapt with four arms, four eyes, and typically, redish skin. Their powers are:
- Lunge: jump forwards and damage others in your path.
- Launch: jump very high upwards.
- Sonic boom:you have the ability to clap your hands and generate a sonic boom that will damage mobs in front of you.
- Super strength: as a hand to hand combatant, you have super strenght only when using your fists.
- Warrior's rage: build up rage with each hit dealt or taken, gaining bonus damage.
- Big and wide: you are 2.5 blocks tall.
- Acrobatics: you never take fall damage.
- Strong arms: you can break natural stone without a pickaxe.
- Unwieldy: you can't use shields
- Hand to hand honour: you refuse to use bows, crossbows, swords and axes for combat.

PYRONITE: Pyronites reside on the star called Pyros and can survive in its extreme fire environment. They can manipulate and control heat, producing large flames that they use against enemies. They are vulnerable to extinguishing agents, but their volcanic rock-like skin can withstand high temperatures. Their powers are:
- Fire boost: When holding a fire charge in your offhand, you gain the power of flying via fire boosting yourself.
- Fireball: You can throw a fireball to deal damage.
- Flamethrower: You can channel your flames to target an opponent.
- Fire immunity: You are immune to all fire related damage.
- Hotblooded: Due to your hot body, venoms burn up, making you immune to poison and hunger status effects.
- Hydrophobia: You receive damage over time while in contact with water.
- Strong body: you take 80% less fall damage.
- Unwieldy: you can't use shields.

KINECELERAN: Kinecelerans are built for speed, reaching almost 300 km/h. Though adept at friction manipulation they struggle on non-solid surfaces. Despite their swift nature, Kinecelerans are not fighters but excel in rapid, dynamic movement.
- Speedster: you naturally sprint faster than others.
- Speed burst: Hold your primary key to boost your speed and run really fast. As you hold your primary button your energy bar will slowly go down. You are also unable to jump while going.
- Water slider: You are so fast that you go over the water when using your primary power.
- Unwieldy: you can't use shields.
- Bow disadvantage: You can't use bows or crossbows.
- Refuel: your constant running makes you exhaust more.
- Sturdy skin: even without armor your skin provides natural protection.
- Need for mobility: you can not wear any armor with protection values higher than chainmail.
- Lunge: jump forwards and damage others in your path.
- Ice speed: You struggle to run in ice since your wheels slide.
- Strong body: you take 80% less fall damage.
- Slippery: Your wheel like feet make it hard to stay still.

GALVAN: Galvans, a tiny and exceptionally intelligent species, work relentlessly on Galvan Prime to maintain their galactic superiority.
- Tiny: you are 0.5 blocks tall.
- Sticky climb: (Tab to toggle) Allows you to climb walls at a faster pace but also stay at the same height without sneaking.
- Acrobatics: you never take fall damage.
- High jump: you jump up to 1.5 blocks.
- Relatively faster: you run faster than you should with your size.
- Brittle: you now have six hearts instead of ten.
- Invisibility cloak: With your high intelligence, you have created an invisibility cloak that can be activated on comand. Beware the cooldown, though.
- Rewind: You have developed a device that allows you to rewind back to your location 10 seconds ago.

Q: Will there be any more origins?

A: Of course! The mod will focus on the first ten aliens and then slowly but surely add more!

Q: Why does grey matter have those powers?

A: It is really hard to show intelligence in an origin. That's why I gave him the invis cloak and the rewind. You're free to suggest other powers for him or any other alien.

Q: Can I help with the development?

A: YES! You can help by making new alien origins and sending them to me!

Q: Is this fabric or forge?
A: the mod is both fabric and forge. It's dependencies are the origins mod, pehkui, and any other mod they both require (like Fabric API in fabric).

Q: Will you update / downgrade to x minecraft version?

A: I'll try to keep the mod up to date, but will probably take time. I also have backport plans.
