Alex's Mobs Lava Fix

The mod Alex's Mobs will make lava transparent when some shaders are activated (like SEUS). This mod fixes that, but it disables Lava Vision Potions.

Initial release.
Restores lava to the solid render layer after Alex's Mobs moves it to the
translucent layer, which makes shader packs render lava completely see-through.
Client-side only. Set 'restoreLavaSolid' to false in the config to disable
(requires a restart).
