1.3.1 — Hotfix for Minecraft 1.21.1

Fixed

  • Mod failed to load on NeoForge 21.1.x with InvalidModFileException: Missing ModLoader in file. The neoforge.mods.toml manifest was missing the modLoader and loaderVersion fields, which are required on NeoForge 21.1.x (they are auto-defaulted only on NeoForge 26.1+). Added modLoader="javafml" and loaderVersion="[4,)".
  • Restored pack.mcmeta (pack_format=34) inside the jar. NeoForge 26.1 auto-generates this file but NeoForge 21.1.x does not.

Notes

  • This affects only the Minecraft 1.21.1 build. The Minecraft 1.21.10 / NeoForge 26.1 release (alaloot-26.1.2-1.3.0.jar) is unaffected and remains the recommended download for that version.
  • If you previously installed alaloot-1.21.1-1.3.0.jar and saw the crash on server start, please replace it with this 1.3.1 file. No config or world data changes — drop-in replacement.

Sorry to anyone who hit the broken 1.3.0 build — the fix is verified end-to-end.
