I added ticks to minecraft that have the chance to give you lyme disease.
Ticks:
They spawn in the dark in areas with lots of foliage like forest and jungles.
They bite you for 1 damage and only have 1 health, so just punching them will kill them and they shouldn't pose much immediate threat.
They can give you lyme disease.
Lyme disease:
When bitten, there is a 10% chance to get lyme disease.
Lyme doesn't show symptoms for 2-3 days.
If left untreated for 6-7 days, the disease enters stage 2 and becomes a chronic illness that persists until death.
There is unfortunately no treatment in the primitive minecraft world, so you do your best not to get it.
Symptoms include decreased movement speed, jump height, and max health to simulate real life Lyme disease symptoms as best as possible.
