Fixed the tetra pulverizing compat issue, and removed the crafting table recipes for dust as a reuslt.

Changed most recipes to utilize the forge:ingots or forge:raw_materials tags for each material for better compatibility.

Dusts can now be crafted at a tetra workbench by placing the ingot into the slot and clicking the pulverize button.

Going to start working on ports to other popular versions soon.
