Surface oil deposits finally live up to their name.
Fixed
- Surface oil patches are no longer empty. About half of them used to generate as a bare pit with no oil in it at all — every seed, every world. A patch is now filled, holds roughly three times more oil (about 23 buckets), and sits one block deeper.
