Worn machine parts can be repaired now instead of thrown away.

- Repair worn rotors and wheels at the new Component Repair Bench — one plate and some power brings a part back to full.
- Repairs are not free. Each one costs a fifth of the part's lifespan, so after four the part is spent and has to be replaced.
Bug Fixes
- Info cards no longer spill outside the panel in the recipe viewer — they grow to fit the text in any language.
