The Electric Hoe gets its diamond-tipped upgrade, and freshly tilled plots come out already watered.

• Diamond-Tipped Electric Hoe — breaks faster than the base hoe, and every plot it tills starts fully watered, even far from water. Crops get a head start, and the soil will not dry back into dirt while you are still planting it.
• Crafted from the hoe you already carry — add diamond dust, cupronickel and lapis dust. Whatever charge was in the old hoe moves into the upgrade instead of being lost.

Improved

• The two hoes are easy to tell apart — the upgrade carries a diamond blade, the plain one stays light.

Fixed

• The Electric Hoe now tills soil everywhere — in some setups right-clicking the ground with it did nothing at all.
