Wind now has a best height, and there is a tool to find it.

New

• Wind Gauge. Sneak + right-click and it reads the wind where you stand — speed, weather, whether the sky is open. Cheap, no power, no circuits: build it before your first turbine.

Changes

• Turbines now care where you put them. Wind builds towards the clouds, peaks in a narrow band just below them, and thins out above. Higher is no longer automatically better.
• Heads up: a turbine parked far above the clouds makes less power than it used to. Move it down into the windy band and it beats its old output.

Fixed

• The creative inventory no longer crashes when another mod removes vanilla weapons or tools. Our items sat directly behind those neighbours; now they fall back to the end of the tab instead.
