akkamaddi's Ashenwheat

a small farming mod, adding four utility crops: Ashenwheat (a fuel, and can make charcoal), Ossidroot (can make Bonemeal), Thundergrass (can make gunpowder), and Scintillawheat (can make Glowstone Dust).

- Added Ashenwheat items as chest loot!

- Because chest loot is back, changed config defaults to not drop seeds from grass, but put them in chests.

- changed 'show particles' defaults to true, because I've heard that most people don't change defaults and thus miss out on the firey wheat.

- actually upgraded to latest 1.9 Forge and compiled with it, this time.
