What's new

Fix Ollama HTTP 404: add /v1 to default URL

Changed default Ollama URL from http://localhost:11434 to http://localhost:11434/v1 to match OpenAI-compatible endpoint format.

This fixes "Model not found" errors when using Ollama with valid models.
