3. FREAKLAND MODPACK RESTRICTION

Except as expressly permitted by Section 4, the Softboundless
Contributions, or any modified, forked, ported, renamed, or derivative
version containing a substantial portion of the Softboundless
Contributions, may not be included, bundled, distributed, or otherwise
made available as part of a Minecraft modpack whose title, display name,
project name, slug, or primary branding contains any of the following
terms, case-insensitively:

- "Freakland"
- "Freak Land"
- "Freak-Land"

This includes, without limitation, names such as:

- Freakland
- Freakland Create
- Freakland Reborn
- Freakland Remake
- Freakland Ultimate
- Unofficial Freakland
- Freak Land Create
- Freak-Land Create

Differences in capitalization, additional words, punctuation, spacing, or
other minor formatting changes do not avoid this restriction where one of
the restricted terms above is still present.

4. LICENSOR'S OWN AND AUTHORIZED MODPACKS

The restriction in Section 3 does not apply to Minecraft modpacks that
are published, maintained, owned, or officially authorized by the Licensor.

For the purposes of this License, the "Licensor" is:

Peacefull02 (AKA softboundless)

This includes, without limitation:

- the CurseForge account "Peacefull02";
- the GitHub account "softboundless"; and
- any other account, organization, project, or publishing identity that
  the Licensor publicly identifies as being owned or controlled by the
  Licensor.

The Licensor may therefore include the Softboundless Contributions in the
Licensor's own Minecraft modpacks regardless of whether those modpacks use
"Freakland", "Freak Land", "Freak-Land", or another restricted term in
their names.

A third party may also use the Softboundless Contributions in a modpack
otherwise restricted by Section 3 if prior written authorization has been
granted by the Licensor.

Written authorization may be provided through email, GitHub, CurseForge,
or another written communication reasonably attributable to the Licensor.

5. MODIFICATIONS, FORKS, AND PORTS

The permissions granted by this License apply to modifications, forks,
ports, and derivative works of the Softboundless Contributions.

A person may not avoid Section 3 merely by:

- renaming the mod;
- renaming the JAR file;
- changing the mod identifier;
- changing package names;
- changing project branding;
- porting the Software to another Minecraft version or mod loader; or
- making modifications to the Softboundless Contributions.

This Section applies only where the resulting work continues to contain
a substantial portion of the Softboundless Contributions.

Nothing in this License prohibits a person from independently creating
software with similar ideas, features, or functionality without copying
copyrightable portions of the Softboundless Contributions.

6. UPSTREAM RIGHTS

The restrictions in this License apply only to the Softboundless
Contributions.

They do not restrict the rights granted by the upstream license to the
original AICraftingTable code.

A person remains free to obtain the original upstream project and exercise
any rights granted by its original license, including creating an
independent fork or port that does not contain copyrightable portions of
the Softboundless Contributions.

7. TERMINATION

The permissions granted under this License automatically terminate for a
person or entity that materially violates the terms of this License.

Permissions are automatically restored when the violation is fully cured
and the violating distribution or use has ceased, unless the Licensor has
provided written notice stating otherwise where permitted by applicable law.

The Licensor may separately waive or modify a restriction for a particular
person, entity, project, or modpack through written authorization.

8. TRADEMARKS AND PROJECT IDENTITY

This License grants rights to copyrightable software contributions only.

It does not grant permission to use the Licensor's usernames, names,
logos, project names, artwork, branding, or other identifiers in a manner
