What's new

-Added guide book (and updated some info from anbu bingo book, still a W.I.P)

-Wolf MS evo is now AOE (Owner needs to be within 50 blocks, can die to anything)

-Fixed potential bug with Wolf_XP config requirement not working if owner had more xp than what was put in the config

-Added config to stop non-natural sharingan users getting MS advancement from their wolf evolving their sharingan
