Description
Ages of Dominion
Build a kingdom in Minecraft, then try to keep it alive.
Ages of Dominion adds a playable real time strategy layer to Minecraft. Found
a civilization, choose its name, raise a custom banner, and turn a Town Hall
into the center of a growing settlement. Gather resources, place buildings,
train an army, and prepare for the next night.
Workers are physical units in the world. Send villagers to trees, farms, and
mines, watch them work, and bring resources back to your settlement. Use wood,
food, stone, iron, gold, and coal to build houses, farms, mines, walls,
watchtowers, and military structures. As your economy grows, advance through
the Dark, Feudal, and Castle ages.
Your army is under your control. Select one unit or drag over a group, move
them across the terrain, rally them, hold position, or send them into battle.
Train soldiers, archers, spearmen, and crossbowmen, then defend your Town Hall
from enemies that arrive after sunset. The RTS HUD keeps track of resources,
population, health, building costs, production, the minimap, and the current
day.
The world carries the remains of older civilizations. Ruins, relics, fallen
soldiers, knights, archers, and other hostile echoes bring the past back to
life. Special moons change the pressure on your settlement, and every night
tests how well you prepared during the day.
Multiplayer is not supported yet. It is planned for a future update, but the current version should be treated as single-player only.
Ages of Dominion was created for the CurseForge ModJam 2026 theme, Echoes of
the Past. Build up your settlement, watch it come alive, and defend it when
the calm ends.
Minecraft 26.1.2 and NeoForge required.
Note: This mod is still in active development, so bugs are to be expected.
