  • Added primitive spear - throwable weapon, hold right click to charge, release to throw, stucks into blocks, pick up with right click.
  • Ground items (sticks, rocks, flint) now generate during world creation like ore veins instead of on chunk load. Items no longer spawn on top of each other.
