* Block Added: Quantum Reciprocator (this device is an equivalent exchange device, it will exchange items of the same tier, recipes have been added to JEI)
* Fixed: Quantum Stabilizer code has been refactored a bit to be more readable
* Fixed: Raw Hide drop rate has been increased
* Fixed: Smelting damaged armor no longer works for getting materials back
* Fixed: Speed has been removed temporarily from tool tooltips while I work out how to calculate mods and/or enchants as well
