Improvements to the Wonderfizz/Perk Machine's menus and controls
A problem was fixed where, when you died and respawned, the pop-up points didn't appear when killing mobs.
Integration of the Mystery Box with weapons from the Vic's Point Blank mod.
I also added the mystery box (it still has model glitches); now they spawn in villages.
