Aether Curios Class Bridge

A compatibility addon for Minecraft 1.21.1 on NeoForge, designed to replace Accessories integration with Curios in The Aether and selected addons.

The bridge replaces complete Java classes during mod discovery, creating patched loading copies while leaving your original mod JARs untouched. No Java agent or special launch arguments are required.

Supported integrations

• The Aether — Curios-based accessory slots, equipment behavior, and rendering.
• Deep Aether, The Aether: Genesis, and Aether Useful Additions — Curios adaptations for their accessory content.
• Emissivity — adapted glove and Shield of Repulsion rendering, preserving emissive effects.
• Umbral Skies — removes Accessories-specific integration, adapts gloves to Curios, and retains vanilla helmet-slot trophy equipment.

Only The Aether is required as a content mod. All other integrations are optional and applied only when their corresponding mods are installed. Curios is included through the patched Aether loading copy.

Installation notes

Install the bridge on both client and server alongside the supported original mod versions. Remove standalone Accessories and Accessories–Curios compatibility connectors.

Compatibility is version-specific. Back up your world before switching: existing Accessories equipment inventories are not automatically migrated to Curios. Unequip accessories and store them in ordinary chests first.
