- Converted gamerules from number to logic
- Added Always Lose All Experience gamerule - All experience is lost on death, regardless of other gamerules.
- Added Enchanting Eats Extra Experience gamerule - The Enchanting Table will remove any levels above 30 from a player attempting to use it. (Works well in conjunction with Forgery's 'Enchanting consumes 30 levels' config option, probably)
