What's new
- Added a configurable secondary wind layer near cloud height - this layer can be tweaked in the config to completely reverse direction (useful for navigation), vary on its own cycle, and change speed/direction compared to the lower layer.
- Clouds now move with the wind at their height level. By default, this serves as a visual indicator to the player to know what the speed and direction of the second wind layer are.
- Refactored configuration screens for legibility and ease of use.
