What's new
- Create windmills now respond to wind. Speed scales with the local, height-adjusted wind strength, and the wind's direction relative to the windmill's face dampens the spin - or reverses it when the wind comes from behind. Fully configurable, and can be turned off entirely.
- "show particles near wind-affected objects" option now checks Create windmills as well as Create Aeronautics contraptions.
- Add wind-driven drift to campfire smoke and falling cherry leaf particles, with a configurable intensity
