What's new
Causes Open Parties and Claims claims to be unclaimed outside of the radius set by config. Also allows you to define a differing safe zone center than 0,0. Radius is now calculated as a circle and not a square.
Fixed a bug where ship claim would only unclaim when x coord was positive
