Aeronautics:Deployer Direction Fix

Fixes Create Deployers placing direction-sensitive blocks the wrong way on Sable/Aeronautics moving structures.

 

Fixes an issue where Create Deployers placed some blocks with their orientation incorrectly rotated along with Sable/Aeronautics physics structures, such as cannon projectiles.

修复 Create 机械手在 Sable/Aeronautics 物理结构上放置方块时，部分方块朝向跟着物理结构错误旋转的问题，比如火炮的弹头
