# AeroFuel: Service Station
**Build a working fuel and charging station for your Create world.**
AeroFuel expands Create with fuel dispensers, detachable nozzles, FE charging stations, vehicle filler ports, modular tanks and station equipment. Build a small roadside stop, a workshop charging point or a large industrial forecourt with connected price displays, illuminated canopies and vehicle services.
Designed for **Minecraft 1.21.1 on NeoForge**, AeroFuel includes **40 block variants: 20 block types, each with a Copycat version**. Familiar Minecraft material textures, animated machinery and Create Wrench support help the equipment fit into your existing builds.
**Take the nozzle and connect your vehicle.** Fuel dispensers are two blocks tall and can be supplied through compatible fluid pipes connected to either half. Right-click with an empty hand to take the nozzle, then insert it into a Vehicle Filler Port. The port can automatically feed a compatible tank placed directly beside it, or you can extract its contents through fluid pipes.
Dispenser displays show the stored fluid in mB and the amount delivered during the current session. Returning the nozzle or disconnecting the hose resets the session counter. Hoses have a configurable reach of 12 blocks by default and retract when the connection moves out of range.
**Choose which fluid a dispenser accepts.** Insert a filled bucket to set a fluid filter. The bucket remains visible on top of the dispenser, and its contents are kept inside the bucket. Only the selected fluid can enter the dispenser through its pipe connections. Sneak-right-click the upper half with an empty hand to retrieve the bucket. This also supports compatible modded fluid buckets, including Create's honey bucket.
**Upgrade your filling connections.** Vehicle Filler Ports are available in Iron, Andesite and Brass tiers. Higher tiers provide larger buffers and faster transfers.
| Filler Port | Default buffer per block | Maximum default transfer rate |
|---|---:|---:|
| Iron | 4,000 mB | 250 mB/t |
| Andesite | 8,000 mB | 500 mB/t |
| Brass | 16,000 mB | 1,000 mB/t |
Place four ports of the same tier and orientation in a complete 2×2 arrangement to create a shared filling structure with four separate hose connections. Each port retains its own redstone control, allowing you to regulate individual connections while using the shared fluid buffer.
Fluid ports support analog redstone regulation: signal 0 allows full flow, signals 1–14 provide increasing flow as signal strength rises, and signal 15 closes the port. The limits apply to nozzle transfers, incoming and outgoing pipes, and automatic forwarding.
**Build larger fluid reserves.** Storage tanks connect into structures with 1×1, 2×2 or 3×3 footprints and can reach up to 32 blocks high. Each tank block adds 128,000 mB of capacity by default. Connected tanks share their storage access and display a continuous fill level, with exterior frames and glass rather than internal dividing walls. Compatible pipes can access the combined tank through any member.
**Charge with Forge Energy.** Electric charging stations use detachable two-contact plugs and dedicated Charging Ports to supply compatible FE receivers. Connect an energy cable to the station, take the plug and insert it into a port beside the battery, accumulator or energy cable you want to charge.
By default, charging stations store 2,000,000 FE, Charging Ports buffer 64,000 FE and Energy Cells store 8,000,000 FE. The default charging transfer rate is 4,096 FE/t. Station displays show stored energy and the amount delivered during the current session. Compatible Create Crafts & Additions accumulators are supported.
**Turn FE into Create rotation.** The Electric Motor powers ordinary Create shafts and gears using FE supplied through compatible energy connections. Right-click with an empty hand to cycle between 16, 32, 64, 128 and 256 RPM in either direction. Its shaft animates while running, and its coils light up during operation.
The motor has a 64,000 FE buffer and consumes between 8 and 128 FE/t, depending on its selected speed. It provides 32 SU of stress capacity per RPM, reaching 8,192 SU at 256 RPM. Redstone, an active AeroFuel emergency stop or an empty buffer stops its power generation.
**Give your station its own identity.** Use the Create Wrench on a Price Board to edit product names, prices, currency, station name and display status. Each product row can show a price per bucket—1,000 mB—or per 1,000 FE. Prices are display-only: they do not charge players or require an economy mod.
Price Boards and Station Signs with matching orientations connect into rectangular displays up to 16×16 blocks. Edit the shared display through any member to create anything from a compact price sign to a large roadside pylon. Direction Signs provide selectable labels for fuel, charging, washing, air, exits, parking, toilets and shops.
**Add the equipment around the pumps.** AeroFuel includes functional and decorative blocks for building a complete station:
- **Illuminated canopies:** connect roof modules into a shared canopy and toggle their lighting.
- **Safety bollards:** protect the forecourt with narrow posts and redstone-controlled warning lights.
- **Connecting barrier gates:** place matching gates beside one another to form an animated arm up to 16 blocks long. A click or redstone signal at any member opens the whole barrier.
- **Vehicle wash stations:** supply water and FE to run an animated brush and water spray. The wash extinguishes burning entities in front of it, consuming 5 mB of water and 10 FE per tick.
- **Air compressors:** use FE to produce an air jet that gently pushes living entities and replenishes their air supply. This is a Minecraft air-jet mechanic, rather than a tire-pressure system.
- **Emergency stop switches:** pause nearby AeroFuel dispensers, charging stations, motors and powered service equipment within 16 blocks.
- **Trash bins:** store items in a 27-slot inventory compatible with hoppers and item pipes. Applying redstone permanently clears the contents.
- **Vehicle license plates:** thin, editable wall plates that connect horizontally up to 16 blocks wide. On assembled Aeronautics/Sable vehicles, they display and edit the actual vehicle name.
**Match the station to your build.** Every block type has a Copycat variant. Apply a solid, opaque building block to change its casing while retaining visible functional details such as sockets, displays and frames. Use the Create Wrench to rotate equipment, or sneak-right-click to pick it up. Stored fluids, FE and supported inventory contents are retained in the recovered block item; Copycat materials are returned separately when using the Wrench.
**Learn and automate with Create.** Ponder scenes explain the equipment, fluid and energy transfers, material tiers, redstone controls, multiblocks and Copycat behavior. JEI adds recipe and usage information, while Jade displays relevant storage, transfer, connection and machine information. Capacities, transfer rates and hose reach can be adjusted through the world-specific server configuration.
**Compatibility and requirements.** AeroFuel requires Minecraft 1.21.1, Java 21, NeoForge 21.1.247 or newer, and Create 6.0.10 or a compatible later 6.x release. Create: Aeronautics/Sable, Create Crafts & Additions, JEI and Jade are optional integrations.
Fluid and energy compatibility uses NeoForge's standard fluid-handler and FE interfaces. Pipes, tanks and energy devices from other mods can connect when they expose those interfaces. Separate gas, chemical or alternative energy systems require suitable adapters. Active filling on moving builds requires ticking block entities, as provided by Aeronautics/Sable; ordinary Create contraptions without those ticks cannot operate active filler ports.
