AE2 Wireless Terminals Extended Life Modern

An extended Life version of Applied Energistics 2 Wireless Terminals for 1.20.1 as this version is EOL.

Note: This fork will only work with AE2-UELM as it adds features only present in that fork.

Features added:

• Backport the new terminal selection method, opening a popup on the side with selectable terminals instead of a cycling menu
• Scrolling upgrades panel as to not overlap into other parts of the GUI.
• Wireless version of the Filter Terminal added by the fork
