1. Added: toolkit extended hotbars on both sides of the vanilla hotbar (requires the toolkit card).
2. Fixed: terminals in the extended hotbars could not be opened with right-click.
3. Fixed: extended hotbars were hidden when a Wireless Universal Terminal without the toolkit card was worn.
4. Fixed: crash on mouse click when TooManyRecipeViewers and ExtendedAE Plus are both installed (#15).
5. Removed: type restrictions and gray placeholder icons on the first 11 toolkit slots.
6. Fixed: GT tool ingredients (e.g. saws) could not be auto-filled when crafting in the WCWT terminal unless the material matched the one shown in JEI/EMI.
