  1. Added a client option to keep GTCEu Programmed Circuits when filtering non-consumable inputs from transferred processing patterns.
  2. Skipped WCWT JEI transfer analysis for GTCEu multiblock info pages to reduce extra stalls when opening their structure previews from the terminal.
