Added

1. Hovering the JEI encode arrow pins cycling input slots to the ingredients that will actually be encoded. This is a client option and is on by default.
2. Hovering the JEI/EMI encode arrow shows a read-only AE2 pattern-encoding terminal in the tooltip. This is a client option and is on by default.

Changed

1. Updated ExtendedAE Plus compatibility to 1.6.0-f1 while remaining compatible with 1.5.x.

Fixed

1. Fixed a startup crash with ExtendedAE Plus 1.6.0-f1 caused by the provider selection search box changing from EditBox to ResizableAETextField.
2. Restored compatibility with ExtendedAE Plus 1.5.x. Provider-select mixins no longer crash when ResizableAETextField is absent.
